PLACING ORDERS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
Customers can order products or devices using an online order form. Selection of products is done digitally by picking a desired item and placing it into the shopping cart. Upon finalizing your selection with the “BUY” button, you are directed through the process to verify the entered information and choose from the available payment options. When your order is received, you will get a confirmation email that confirms your order has been successfully processed. This confirmation depends on the payment method you choose and the product availability. You can pay for your ordered items using any of the following methods:
- Bank Transfer (including direct bank deposit, payment order, or through online banking)
- Payment on delivery (Cash on delivery)
- Credit Card Payments:
- American Express – single payment or in installments from 2 to 6 months
- Mastercard – one-time payment
- Maestro – one-time payment or installment payment over 2-6 months using a Maestro card from a PBZ current account
- Visa – one-time payment or installment payment over 2-6 months using a Visa card from a PBZ current account
- Diners Club – single payment or in installments from 2 to 6 months
- Discover – one-time payment
When we confirm your payment (for transactions made through bank transfers or credit cards), matching the precise amount on the provided quote or order, we dispatch the paid goods to our courier service, which will then deliver to the address you indicated at registration or during your purchase. If you’ve opted for „Payment on Delivery“, we will proceed to send the ordered goods through our delivery service to the designated address once we’ve logged your order and sent a status update email.
