The merchandise ordered will be packaged to ensure it cannot be damaged by normal handling during shipping.

Deliveries are conducted by our delivery partner, GLS.

Orders are generally dispatched to the delivery service within 24 hours on weekdays, and the delivery is expected to be completed within 2-4 days. The parcel will be delivered directly to the specified home address. The delivery service will notify the customer about the delivery via text message or email and will also make a phone call one hour before delivery. GLS also provides the option for delivery to a local PaketShop/Paketomat.

The cost of delivery is included in the purchase price of the merchandise.

For items not currently in our stock, the product listing will specify the estimated number of working days for delivery to your address.

At the time of delivery, the Customer will receive both the products and an invoice, along with a receipt of delivery that must be signed. If the Customer decides not to accept the ordered products upon delivery, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Customer for return shipping costs.
